Job Title: Internal Recruiter

RISE INTERACTIVE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual who is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for driving Rise Interactive’s strategic recruitment initiatives in a multi-location organization. Such responsibilities include creative candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiations. Additionally, The Internal Recruiter will manage the on-boarding and new hire experience including updates to new hire documents and manuals. The Internal Recruiter will have superior analytical, organizational and time management skills as s/he will be expected to be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels for all departments
  • Define position requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • Creatively source candidates from a variety of sourcing channels
  • Facilitate and conduct the potential candidate interview process
  • Negotiate all employment offers and confirm in writing
  • Serve as a liaison between Rise and recruitment agencies, executive search firms and outsourced sourcing solutions
  • Ensure that every candidate’s experience in the recruiting process is a positive experience
  • Stay current on changes and best practices in recruitment strategies
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork to fulfill hiring
  • Design and create an internship program for each department and location (Chicago & Costa Rica)
  • Evaluate and support internship program and candidates
  • Attend multiple Career Fairs each year
  • Create and execute a regional and national campus recruiting strategy
  • Assist the Director in areas of training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee communication, and employment documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience sourcing talent from a variety of channels (Internet sourcing/advertising, applicant databases and tracking systems, direct sourcing of passive candidates, trade journals, employee referrals, job fairs, open houses, etc.)
  • Experience recruiting and hiring entry level to senior level employees
  • Creative vision for recruitment methods and ideas
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws regarding employment practices
  • Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions
  • Extremely ambitious and hard working
  • Self-motivated
  • Results-and detail-oriented
  • Media or advertising background is preferred but not necessary
  • Ideally has strong industry relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
  • Flexible. Able to quickly adapt to new situations
