Joel Quadracci

Quad/Graphics Chairman, President and CEO

Joel Quadracci is chairman, president and CEO of Quad/Graphics, where he guides the company’s overall strategic growth, continuing the tradition of family leadership at the company founded in 1971 by his father, the late Harry V. Quadracci.

Quadracci grew up with the company, officially joining it in 1991. He held various sales and strategy roles before becoming president and CEO in 2006, and chairman, president and CEO in 2010. Today, under Quadracci’s leadership, Quad/Graphics is becoming a global marketing services provider that helps brand owners market their products, services, and content more efficiently and effectively. To do this, Quad/Graphics leverages its strong print foundation in combination with its expertise in workflow re-engineering and optimization, content management, and personalized, cross-channel marketing.

Quadracci serves on the boards of Pixability, Inc., Wisconsin’s Children’s Hospital and Health System, the Milwaukee Art Museum, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, Skidmore College, and the Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research. He is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Milwaukee 7 (M7) regional economic development initiative. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
