Andrew DeGuire is vice president of mergers & acquisitions and corporate development for global printing company, Quad/Graphics. DeGuire was hired in 2015 to help drive profitable growth for Quad’s core print operations as well as complementary business areas in the United States and internationally. DeGuire also assists Quad’s business units with strategy development and execution, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new offerings. DeGuire came to Quad from Johnson Controls, Inc., a Fortune 100 company in Milwaukee, where he was vice president of business development & global growth for its building efficiency division. In that role, he managed the strategic planning process, created a dedicated acquisition and integration team, and played a significant role in more than 30 acquisitions and divestitures. Promoted to vice president of business development & global growth in 2012, he orchestrated a $2.5 billion joint venture with Japan’s Hitachi Ltd. that created the world’s largest commercial air conditioning provider in 2013. DeGuire has a master’s degree in international economics and finance from Brandeis University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Marquette University.
