Rise Enhances Its Cross-Channel Personalization Capabilities with Acquisition of SimpleRelevance

Great partnerships are made when two individual entities know they can push boundaries and reach maximum value when they come together. Google became one with Youtube, and propelled it to become the second largest search engine in the world. In 2012, Facebook saw how mutually beneficial Instagram could be for its social media clout, and acquired the company to remain relevant to users.

At Rise, we are continuously focused on two important things -- allocating our clients’ budgets as effectively as possible and creating more relevant digital experiences for their customers. Today, we made an announcement that will enable us to be even more effective in both areas.

Rise has acquired leading personalization platform SimpleRelevance. This acquisition allows us to enhance our cross-channel personalization capabilities, enabling us to use machine learning and predictive analytics to achieve the highest level of personalization possible for brands’ digital marketing messages.

SimpleRelevance is a Chicago-based company that has worked with Fortune 500 brands to take customer data and turn it into actionable recommendations so that digital marketers see the best results possible. The award-winning company was incubated in tech hub 1871 and graduated from the startup accelerator program Techstars. Its personalization platform has helped leading retail, financial, and media brands continuously learn what their customers want to see and deliver engaging, personalized messages to each individual.

We’ve watched SimpleRelevance achieve amazing results for leading brands, and have already partnered with them on a number of successful projects. It’s a natural fit for us to join forces and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome SimpleRelevance to our team.
