The Internet Marketing Consultant, Media Reporting plays an essential role in the organization as a liaison between Media, Account Management, Innovation, and Analytics teams.   The individual will have superior organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. The individual will possess a passion for advertising and marketing technology as well as industry innovations in technology and how they can translate into revenue or operational efficiency opportunities for the organization. 

Your expertise in media reporting will be critical in delivering actionable reporting across multiple digital channels. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior team members with new client reporting projects
  • Become an expert in using and troubleshooting Rise’s proprietary internal analytics platform.
  • Provide feedback for the development of timeline schedules for media launches
  • Marketing data infrastructure management for custom reporting needs (IMC)
  • Timely, Complete, and Accurate client deliverables (IMC)
  • Propagate team processes and best practices (IMC)
  • Maintain target utilization on assigned work (IMC)
  • Consult on Connex reporting capabilities and demonstrate expertise of the platform (IMC)
  • Assists with training and skills development of less experienced team members (Sr. IMC)
  • Change management of client deliverables (Sr. IMC) 
  • Help conduct new client onboarding and discovery sessions (Sr. IMC)
  • Independently owns assigned client deliverables and internal projects
  • Independently resolves issues and answers questions related to assigned work
  • Takes full accountability for outcome of assigned work
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders
  • Generally knows who to contact or where to look to find information needed to complete tasks
  • Has a detailed understanding of digital marketing practices and key aspects of Rise’s business operations
  • Consistently demonstrates Rise core values
  • Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from various digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other advertising platforms.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and key metrics.

   

   

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use operational ticketing and project management tools
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communications skills, with strong experience in communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of digital media KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc, and how they are measured is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, ambitious individual with a passion for marketing technology
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics, including KPI’s
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using Excel or similar tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with internal teams, including account managers, media teams. 
  • Client communication and relationship management: interact with clients to understand their reporting requirements, address questions and concerns.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery. (Sr. IMC)
