Personalization: Turning Prospects Into Happy Campers

All shopping experiences are not created equally. According to Lithium, 92% of consumers trust recommendations from family and friends over other forms of promotion and once a brand creates "superfans," their endorsements have 4x greater impact on other customers' purchase decisions.

So how can retailers reach customers on a level that inspires those superfans? By leveraging the customer data they already have to provide a meaningful, consistent experience across all channels for each person.
