Q. What do you do in your current role?
“I am in charge of the day-to-day planning and SEO strategy for our clients. I'm also helping with the development of a process that will streamline SEO efforts across our entire team.” – Joe
“I manage multiple social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin, among others. I work to constantly improve ad delivery by monitoring, optimizing campaign targeting, and offering clients new ways to take advantage of social media's ever expanding product offerings.” – Jess
“I help plan strategies for some of our paid search accounts, as well as initiating on those strategies. My goal is to help our clients spend as efficiently as possible, while maintaining a high level of transparency.” – Calvin
“I’m responsible for managing our client accounts and relationships as the client's partner in creating a strategic digital marketing plan to further their business goals. My team collaborates with our channel teams daily to ensure we are providing best-in-class results, hitting our clients’ goals, and bringing new, innovative ideas to the table.” – Jocelyn
Q. What do you like most about your team?
“On ‘Team Social’, there is no shortage of enthusiasm, whether it's being on the pulse of the industry's ever-changing algorithms or experimenting with Snapchat filters. I can personally attest to the fact that being part of a team where each individual loves what they do is infectious.” – Jess
“One of the best things about my team is that we are incredibly in sync with similar goals in mind. Everyone is determined and always willing to go above and beyond. There have even been cases where my team members and I have finished each other sentences in front of clients (they loved it)!” – Joe
“There is a wealth of experience within our team and the managers truly care about everyone. The best part about our team is that each member is a team player. Everyone is just as excited to get an assist as they are to score a point.” – Calvin
Q. What are you proud of accomplishing or looking forward to accomplishing at Rise?
“I am very proud of the way my team recently onboarded and adapted to the style and needs of a new client. We were agile and able to adjust our team to ensure that we were giving the client exactly what they wanted and deserved in a creative manner.” – Jocelyn
“My most recent accomplishment was incorporating a new project management tool that helps control workflow while giving account managers a high level of visibility into every channel.” – Calvin
“I'm really excited about some of the processes our team is developing. SEO is a complicated field, and being able to solve some of the toughest issues in the industry is a challenge I really enjoy.” – Joe
Q. What makes Rise stand out as a workplace?
“A culture of innovation is not just encouraged, it's contagious. Although paid social is still a relatively young channel, it offers the most room for growth. As an artist, it's in this space where my personal creativity thrives and I'm lucky to be part of a team that fosters this type of out-of-the-box exploration.” – Jess
