2015 has been a year of exceptional growth for Rise. While we've already achieved many milestones, I'm personally most excited about our recent office expansion. Not only because we had a best-in-class team of architects and consultants on the project, but because it's a testament to the great work we're doing inside these walls.
Last month, Rise formally unveiled our expanded office space at 1 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago. We were excited to welcome Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner to the agency for an official ribbon-cutting on April 23 to mark the occasion. He met with employees and shared his vision for supporting the tech community and job growth in Illinois.
Governor Rauner also toured the new space, which has doubled our footprint in the building we’ve called home since 2012. We now occupy nearly 40,000 square feet and within the next five years, our 130-person agency plans to fill this with an additional 250 employees. As you’ll see captured in the pictures below, the expansion features a state of the art multipurpose event space, a training and development facility, an internal staircase joining the agency’s two floors, and numerous spaces for creative collaboration.
Through this growth, we remain laser focused on being a strategic partner to our clients. We’ve been fortunate enough to build longstanding and deep relationships with clients like Atkins, NorthShore University HealthSystem, and ULTA Beauty and help them achieve and exceed their marketing goals. Dave Kimbell, chief merchandising and marketing officer for ULTA Beauty recently shared with Crain’s Chicago, "They understand our priorities as a business and I consider them an extension of our team as we've worked together to shape our successful digital channel marketing. I'm proud to see both of our brands growing together." We are fortunate to have wonderful partners like Mr. Kimbell and look forward on continuing to deliver big results for them.
We invite you to take a quick peek at our office through the photos below. If you’re in the neighborhood, let us know and we’ll give you the grand tour in person.
